"Ensemble Ratchenitza"

Dimitar Doytchinov is the Artistic Director of the ensemble – since 1936. There are 150 active dance members (children and adults) at a time. Many former dancers have gone on to lead successful lives – because the joy and discipline of dancing taught them the joy of success from hard work.

The Ensemble toured Europe many times.

Now that more western countries are vacationing in the Balkans, many tourists include dance lessons with an instructor from Ensemble "Ratchenitza". The Ensemble children – very accomplished dancers in their own right, treat the visitors with a performance.
